Totally disappointed. I have booked Shimla & Manali Tour package with them. Driver is so pathetic in whole 7 days trip he was like not interested to roam around the places. The car itself has defect in pillion seat. Which is not fixed till the trip ends. I have contacted tour manager he told me that i will fix it. But it won't be fixed. Hotels are good so i am giving atleast one star. And one more star for surprise birthday. Rather than that everything is pathetic.

Complete leh ladakh package was done through Zoom travelling private ltd and absolutely fabtastic trip i have ever done...The arrangement done by Himanshubhai was amazing for 8 days during tour

Its very good Resort with full of greenery and silent. Everything was in order like Rooms, Food and food place, cleaneess, services, behave of emplyee of resort etc. Nice place to stay............
