Mahasagar office at paldi but bus their not come office to bus parking go own expens 1 km to office( but bus is very fine)

The capacity of bus is 37 but they carry 15 to 20 extra passengers who stand in the walking area of bus. The genuine customer who has bought ticket in advance is of no use because people are falling on u while travelling & its so conjusted & suffocating. Never travel in Mahasagar travels. The bus dropped before the dropping point & when asked the driver & conductor rudely said it wont go ahead. Do whatever u want.

Booked a bus from Porbandar to Rajkot. Asked for a window seat. Bus turned out to be a sleeper. Two more passengers near me were also surprised as they were not expecting a sleeper bus. The journey, needless to say, was very uncomfortable as I could not sit, and the bus was smelling musty.

Very bad service, taking many stops for passengers,there is not any value of time,not taking break or dinner on time..take 4:30 hrs from porbandar to Rajkot.... After take 1 hrs more to take passenger from green lean cholkadi...... porbandar to ahemdabad mahasagar route bus..
Start journey from porbandar 4:30 pm currently reach chotila....time 10:47 pm....

The bus came on time.

BUT CLEANLINESS INSIDE WAS ULTRA-PATHETIC.

I was hesitant to lie down as it was a sleeper, but travelled while just sitting from Porbandar to Gujarat.

MAY BE IT IS WASHED ONCE A YEAR OR NEVER.

Bus driver was very rude my mom forgot her phone and someone was on the way to get it to her but the driver refused to stop the bus for even 1-2 minutes but happy stopped on the way anytime he thought someone wanted to climb the bus and this made the bus total of 30 minits late but stopping for 1-2 minits was to much for him saying things like we don't stop for people like you

it's not possible to sit evenly, seat size is so narrow worst Seating. Vest of money, the bus owner should be travel in this bus and after.

I recently took a trip from Porbandar to Rajkot and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The journey by road was around 191.5 km and took around 3 hours and 20 minutes.
The bus service was punctual and comfortable, with air conditioning and enough legroom. The driver was experienced and drove at a safe speed. The staff was friendly and provided good service.
In terms of food options, there were several small restaurants and street food stalls along the way that offered a variety of delicious local dishes.
