Good place . The nature of the person sitting at the office is also good . Good sitting facility is available . Also they call us before the journey and guide us properly . Only the drawback is that during our journey in some bus they keep the cooling of AC very slow . If we inform them to increase the cooling they don't pay any attention so they must improve this problem. In AC bus the AC must be proper . Overall good waiting facility is provided at the office . The positive point is they are always on time most probably. I travelled in Patel tours and travels many time they are always on time only drawback is the cooling system. Overall good service.

If you take 400-500 rs for fare then atleast clean the seat,Not bothered to clean seats as well. Treating customers as granted. I have experienced low fare travels are better than this company.

Now you people think "Patel tours and travels" is a brand, so you not bothered about passenger's facilities and services. They are not doing free fare ,each fare take average 400-500 rs.So don't feel passengers that they are travelling in "KHATARA".

Each time when you do complain about this to driver or bus man , only one reply "MALIK NE KAHO AME KAI NA JANIE". So humble request to do work on it.

Very disappointed and 'hilarious' experience, bus engine were failed at 6:45 am and no resolution from agency till 9:am.Always being late and no solution for pacenger problems or any other services related issues it is their moto. I never ever further Travel from Patel buses, I like to choose ST local bus rather than Patel bus. I suggest no one can travel by 'PATEL'.

Very bad service my seat was completely wet I can't sleep I need to travel in standing position 😭😭

Worst services by patel tours and travels junagadh their agents are giving seats with cash payment on the seats already booked by others, we have been alloted 2 seats on sleeper berth and now in the mid way we had been asked to vacate the seat, we have been kept in a awkward situation. Nobody is there to help us. Please think thrice before booking with patel tours and travels.

Staff are also very non supportive
3rd class restaurant stoppage,( toilets provide by dhaba is also very dirty)

Its a private tour operator in juanagadh, Gujarat, India. I tried to book a ticket from call, and yes I succeded. But the bus timing and option were limited as junagadh won't be having more passenger in this late winter season.
But yes if want to travel far and long period of time, you will preferably find this one a good option to travel to such long distant places.
Overall, this is a good option to travel from junagadh to other north gujarat districts.

first time review for bus experience: Jetpur to Vadodara, Bus reached destination late by 1hr 45 minute. When I asked to bus staff the Vadodara destination arrival time is 7.30am, they laughed and asked me is it online booked ticket? Online don't know when bus reach at destination!!! then why operator mention wrong time to fool people. sadly the reason for delay is not the traffic or road blocks but they included 3 different route passengers (Ahmedabad, Anand, Vadodara) in the 1 single route of Vadodara within time frame required for Junagadh to Vadodara direct route. In addition, stops spread all over Ahmedabad, waiting for cash passengers and parcels. If Time matters over money for you...then Never trust any operator on brand name because at the end the working level staff matters.....Now about the experience in the Bus...Bus was clean, felt like sleeping in tractor trailer... felt floating 100mm above seat and bumping and hitting on the side walls....I think driver was in the impression of driving rock and roll....to give fun of janmashtami and deewali fairs which wasn't organised in this year...
