Worst behaviour of staff. When I called for information(if they have volvo or AC sleeper bus) the person behaved very rudely and cut the call.. What the hell it was !!! Now I will definitely book a bus from different operator.

Worst service worst behavior from staff. Bus canceled at any time, so if plan to travel with this agency be prepared for any changes in your plan. Staff is very rude. Nobody answering properly, if answered you can’t trust, big liar big fraud. Twice I experienced worst.

From Vadodara to shirdi App 8 or 9 hr but for us we left at 9pm last night and still not reach at shirdi, they not taking passengers but more more parcels 😴😴

Third class buss i have ever seen you should never travel with this travel agency . I traveled in ac buss from Vadodara to Jaipur worst experience every corner has ac leakages

Worst experience.I have traveled Nathdwara to Baroda.As commitment from booking office you will droped at Amitnagar.But driver not ready to take bus Amitnagar.He reply Very bad manner and force us to drop at Golden chokdi.Bus no is 2355.
