Worst service ever.....their driver didn't even answered our questions properly and also he was very rude....and wasted our 6 hours of time by taking a long and under construction path to the destination

Pathetic services. They give false promises to customers. Totally Bad experience, vadodara has lots of good travel agency options. Choose anyone except this. They give false promise and provides cars which has expired PUC and requires maintainance and services. Again, go for others or there will be a good amount of chance thay your trip fun will be spoiled by unexpected breaks 🙃

Very Poor Service we have received.

We have booked Innova Cresta for 3 days of Rajasthan trip. During finalizing, official said and committed many things but while on actual trip, driver has shown reluctance to provide proper service. Driver has demanded money everyday (4000,5000) apart from daily agreed driver package.

We have faced many difficulties and main part is Trip was ruined due to constant issues created by driver.

Car we recieved was not having proper hygiene. Please avoid your booking if you can go to other transporter

Was in one of the same vehicles as one other reviewer where the owner supposedly accused us of not wanting to pay. When actually what happened was that just before the trip the car malfunctioned and they did not even have any alternative vehicle. In the end after almost a couple of hours, they managed another vehicle through a third party company. We missed out on one of our locations due to mismanagement and also they miscommunicated with the proxy driver regards some terms and conditions which led to further misunderstandings during the trip. And now the owner is trying to get on the high horse by claiming we did not wish to pay but in reality, we paid the driver as and when whatever amount was required. Really pathetic service.

I would give it -5 stars if there is a option for it.
