Driver and incharge both are very rude. I had a booking from my place with sleeper seat but someone else was sleeping on my seat as incharge told me he was having booking from starting point and will get down ahead around 40km till that time seat wherever the seat is empty...this is way they provide service and do the booking for same seat for making money..

Worst Responsiveness and Management by bus stop

My brother was traveling from Surat to Faizpur and got massive heart stroke near the last bus stop of Surat before getting on high way where he had massive trouble breathing. When He approved the driver, without thinking anything the driver dropped him on the highway before bardoli. He didn’t thought of calling any family member or waiting with him and left. It took us 2+ hours to locate him due to which his lungs filled with fluid and he was critical. We tried calling the travel numbers available on the website but no one bothered to pick up and kept disconnecting.
Surprisingly, the patrolling staff on the highway also didn’t helped him.
Luckily our family members went to the Paulo office near Sahara darwaja and the security guard called the owner who was able to connect us with the driver.
We were lucky enough to find him and take to the hospital. I have traveled so much and seen buses standing without any reason for hours because of the staff needs. They should understand the passenger needs and accommodate if required. This was very much unexpected and unresponsive behavior experienced with Paulo staff.

Worst travels with very bad system. No coordination with the travelers . Rude and disrespectful behaviour of the office agent and the driver. My money also got wasted for no reason. Not a good travels to travel if you do go for other travels.

My suggestion never trevels in Paulo travels totally fraud

Good experience for traveling through this traveller as I have travelled for Pune and found the good hygiene bus and the time of departure was on time .

Me and my husband were travelling to Vapi from Nashik and the estimated time to reach Vapi was shown as 4am, early morning but the travels reached around 2am in the midnight. The worst part is that the conductor was sleeping and no one was aware that the location was Vapi. Some ladies who were travelling alone got disturbed and panicked as the bus stopped at around 2 am in the midnight. The bus conductor was too rude to help people with the luggage and other stuffs. It seems like they were drunken. Also I received the 5km awakening call around 3.45 am in the morning when I was already at my home, therefore we cannot even trust the live tracking and awakening call facility.
I won't ever recommend this travel service to anyone based on my personal experience.

I am reviewing about their service while traveling from Goa to Valsad. Worst experience. Myself along with 7 others were forced to drop our journey before Bhilad check post 15 kms away from Vapi since we were not carrying Covid negative report which was not asked before boarding in Goa. All trave cos manage such issues which they failed. They are not eligible for one star also.

Bus comes on time as expected But the operator does not allow you to get with the heavy luggage they ask for huge amount i buyed ticket for 350Rs and they were charging 400Rs for the luggage so before booking please ask them how much luggage can we carry with us.
