If we can give zero than we will give definitely it bcz no contact of bus driver or conductor any one left their baggage in it u can't contact anyone and given mobile number are not in used bakvas service

Best service regarding the time. Buses are always on time and good hospitality and very skillful drivers which provides you very comfortable journey. Also they manage the quality of customers and in long journey stay at very good hotels.

Easy navigation on website towards booking tickets. Portal is user friendly and updated. Full marks for that. But Quality of interaction was not matching at Jamnagar office. Buses were okay but no control avlbl on AC knob. Driver and co-drivers spread arrogance sparingly since our life depends on them.

Don't ever travel through this travels...specially of you're booking for ur daughter or sister of wife... Recently booked ticket through this travels and from 2nd day started getting call from a guy named kirti n he started calling and talking nonsense.... By clal I got to know he is working there in jamnagar office and he started calling and asking nonsense thing... They don't have any privacy policy for securing ur contact details.. So unprofessional of them

Quite disappointing experience..Delayed bus schedule..Don't book ticket via redbus app... If it possible book your ticket via office ...Due to penadamic they cancle any bus without any prior notice ... Please double check timing after book your ticket
