Worst travelling experience ever.
I don't know how people r giving good responses here... Must b paid one's...
Passengers r boarded midway without booking and the whole gallery is packed with filthy peeps so much so that u can't even think of moving out in case of emergencies.
To add to the troubles a snake was found in the bus...

Had booked a Travels on Redbus and received booking confirmation for 22:59. While boarding, come to know that seat has been booked to another. While verification at office of Travels, they mentioned that timing shows 22:59 but bus is actually at 1.30am mid night. At 1.30am, they said bus will come 500 meter away destination. So you have to reach there without any help from office people with all luggage.
After boarding, you will be asked that your reserved seat has been occupied by someone else, so you should take another vacant seat. There is no meaning of your selected reserve seat.

Think thrice before taking service in Jakhar Travels.

I travelled from palanpur to udaipur and return back also. I got a new bus from operators and seats were very clean and ok. No blanket and water bottle provided that time. Punctuation is weak point of all private buses so you have to be on time but this is not suitable for bus. Overall good experience.

It’s Very Bad experience with service. Don’t choose this kind of travels ever. Shame on you Jakhar Travels. No one is there to listen your any kind of complaint.

My PNR no is 127874296 for journey dated 03-11-2021 from bhuj to palanpur. Bus no - RJ-46-PA-2626. Bus driver and conductor both are doing bullying on passengers since our departure because they may have feelings of passengers that where will they go. First they stoped bus at bogus hotel where hotel staff are fighting with passengers for non availability of good food or taking appropriate rate for food. They are also behaving like driver and conductor of bus. Then they draw us to mehsana and stoped bus for 45 minutes for unlawfull means. After my concurrenace with the driver he told me that bus will depart at 1.30 pm from mehsana you go and take tea nasta. Then I just moved 50 meters from bus to take tea and he took the bus immediately onwards. Then I called number provided by your good office but he didn't pick call and I have to walk approx 2 km from that point to bus at 1.30 pm midnight. Then he told me that this is your fault. He suppose to do reprobation with us. This type of "lukhha" and "badmash" staff should not be part of the service which runs at nights otherwise the big misconduct will happen in future and your company as well passengers will be in trouble one day. This is my humble request to make this driver and conductor punishable elsewhere non resolution of my complaint could also result in big manner.

very bad experience. i would not like to give even single star to this service. my bus was scheduled for 12 am and I have to wait till 2 am in the midnight on road for the bus without any information of bus getting late. and now at 0600 am u r asking for experience . i am still stuck in this bulletin bus and not reached my destination

The bus seevice is very good staff is very good but the choice of stopage at the root of gandhidham to sirohi is verse of the versest how can a man eatsuch food and it counts to the repputation of the travel company extraordinary charges and fildhi food people travel with you with faith it was some where near Deesa hope so you will look into
