Jirawala Tourism

I had Overall Good Expr of tour with Jirawala for 12d Manali in 7Nov 2018,, Tour Magr, food, Lx.Bus, Hotel stay was good., I will give 6 out of 10,, Yet there some pros that mgt should keep it up and there are many cons which should improve,
👉 Pros
-Good Hotel in Jaipur, Shimla, Manali, Delhous,
- Lunch and Dinner All time provided Good with variety
-Bus was Good
-Good lineup for site seen vehcl by tour mgr
-They have give good location/area for prividing lunch/dinner during travelling all time

👉 cons
- 2 times in a night they have changed bus nr shamlaji. that disturb us for luggage shifting
- only 2 times in Manali they have provided good breakfast while in remaining 10 days there was not good quality breakfast,
- Bus driver was poor in driving, mgt should give well trained in long tour as 2-3 people require all time for direction in jik jak road during his driving,,
- tour mgr shoulb be clear communicator in instruction. after visiting site seen by pvt vehcl its come to know that we miss 2-3 places which may cover,,
-Hotel in Amritsar and bikaner was average quality👎
-In Bikaner there is nothing to see, instead of that, mgt should take Delhi route.
-During tour there should be proper time mangement for traveling period

its been a great experience at jirawala..
i am going to shimla manali Dalhousie honnymoon package. the food provides very healthy and fresh and launch and dinner made a live Cooke..

Very poor experience! We had book special private Couple tour to Shimla, Manali, Dalhousie and Amritsar.
They have charged us 65k for couple (more than any other tours). At the time of booking person was like you don’t worry we have best hotels and room with us but when we actually went there rooms were very basic without any views. When called they are saying your package is for Delux room only.

Please don’t book with Jirawala. They will charge you more and give basic service.

My family has booked Diwali tour family package in 2022 for J&K with Vaishnav Devi. Tour starts on 27/11/2022. We have observed very poor service from starts from Jariwala Tourism management and tour manager too.
Observations,
1) Management would not change sit allocation without consent of tourist which I had faced..
2) Hotel selection and quality are very poor and so far from main location which increase tourist cost like auto, etc.. Not getting hot water for bathing and also found insect/rat inside the hotel room.
3) Tour manager is not friendly and not supportive. Also found communication issues. Not getting clear update about the location and its way forward.
4) Not maintain hygiene while making of food as used tank water and found insect in the food.
5) While neight travel, not selected propare location for eating. Many times eat food on the road or near by toilet area.

No proper service
Waste of money n time
Making money by ridiculous service.
Don't go!!

Third class services.. I have to give one star but Jirawala tourism doesn’t deserve even one star.

->I think Jirawala doesn’t give proper Salary to Driver and Tour manager..
->They take too much commission from other thing like site scene. For an example:They took ₹8500 for one tempo traveller. But we got real price from market was 5500..
-> Driver arrange and put timing such a way, you can’t get or arrange by your self..
->Hotel was third class no services.
-> you pay ₹55000 for services but in return you will get rude behaviour from Tour manager and driver..
-> They said couple and Honeymoon tour but doesn’t deserve that name. In 13 day most of the day we compelled to wake up at 5:00 o’clock.
-> I deeply request you not to go in this Jirawala tour.
-> Jirawala Tourism is Third class. And Their services services is pathetic.

Very very bad management. Very bad experience in tour. They are focusing on earning money instead of provide good services. Resort like flat. Providing food not good as per expected.when call to resolve problem they are ignoring things and then switch off their phones..very very bad.. don't go in jirawala.. totally waste of money..
