We were traveling from Ahmedabad to navsari late at night. The staff didn't inform us about the stop and we were dropped off 15 km from the dropping point. No taxis no autos, we were stranded in the middle of a highway at 2am at night

Worst bus service ever we have to wait for 3 hour they were repairing bus ac worst bus and dont book eagle bus service ever

I am genuinely disappointed with service this time to ny route from Rajkot to Mumbai they stop bus anywhere for passenger and parcel and they take only one halt in 10 hours for washroom... I think I would highly recommend ladies not to travel as gents can go to toilet break anywhere but we can't. . This was my last travel with this bus

I booked the ac sleeper and ac itself was not working after 30 min..after requesting that i am travelling with my mom there was no action taken n was told to adjust with non ac by paying the money for ac..ill never recommend to travel with dis bus service.

They used to pick up labour workers in bus in route and all workers used to sleep in walk path of bus. so they block the walk path in bus . How passenger could take thier bags and how to rich at door !
No response when asking about help to driver.
Worst ever service
