Thomas Cook

Thomas cook is a company which lies to its customers. There was one Ashish kapoor in the surat office who constantly lied for a period of one month when I asked for rates of holiday packages and tried to book them. He would make excuses and not give me rates. Then finally today he lied the office is closed while in fact it is open. One day he would say that there are rates and then say there are no rates. When I tried to talk with manager in surat office to know why this is happening one person called Vivek/Vineet in surat office refused to transfer my call to the manager. Thomas cook has got the worst customer service and now lying to customers and wasting their time is their idea of great customer service.

The company branch has some really good staff. They are professionals and do the work quickly. Only problem is the location given on the map for the branch. It's almost like a km or two away from the actual location. Their HQ needs to address it on ASAP. It's irritating and frustrating when you waste your time over someone's negligence and laziness.

Worst experience. Very High rate for foreign Currency. Go with JM FOREX in same building on 1st floor. Far better reasonable rate then Thomas cook.

The team members were courteous and very supportive.

My brother went for CAD and a representative always gives next date. I have been waiting for 7 days. Tey're not firm on their words. Don't dependant on them.

Excellent and transparent services. They are fully clear to a customer that all the process is done in legal and easy way and giving best suggestions. So that, The Customer will be satisfied.

It was good experience to dealing with Thomas Cook. I have received amazing services from Ms.Neha Kasliwal and she was always there for any questions I had and arranged travel in the most perfect way.
