S.R.S. Travels

The place for boarding is too far then expected. But the bus facility is best. You just forgot your tiredness of reaching till boarding point once you'll be in bus.

The worst experience ever! I was still in the bus 2 hrs away from the destination. Can you imagine? I would never suggest SRS travels to anyone. SRS travels you suck. Red Bus should never promote SRS travels. It has delayed for more than 2hrs. I reached .y destination at 8:30 pm instead of 4:15pm. They had given excuse saying that Mumbai traffic would be the reason where as we crossed Mumbai in the midnight and there was no traffic. I swear SRS is the worst travels ever.

Bus is ok but no entertainment in bus like lcd is not working bas aur Kya apna mobile kholke baite hai aur single seat is sooo compect

Never use this..they have incorporated with some fraud company ..they will ask your for mobile charge n will ask for Card details...never share...

Don't travel this travel agency...they will cheat...

Not properly Time traveling to valsad to belguam timeing is 9pm till date time is 11.45 what time ?????????? Not good service for how to book????? Next time?????? Not any information to customer

It tells us that we will reach destination by 7 pm and then driver said we will reach there 12A.M. Never use this bus or travel

Few experience to share.

One, Pickup point from the city (Belgaum) was outside. Has no facilities of drinking water, toilets over there.

Second, SRS didn't provide with the right location of expected vehicle which was supposed to reach Belgaum from Bangalore. Had to wait at Belgaum stand without knowing the right expected time.

Third, Had to change the bus at midnight 3 am because the bus we travelled didn't have further permit. Had to change the bus and wait for shifting of luggage to Gujrat permit bus.

Fourth, Even though the drop time at Ahmedabad was 8.30 am. The bus is expected to reach only by 12.45 pm. Delay of more than four hours than the committed time.

Overall wasn't satisfied with the service.

They cancelled the bus and the mess was created I had to go by flight from Hubli to Ahmedabad by wasting 10k more they are really bad

The boy of the company banged one passenger for very small issues they passenger was having Back pain so he slept on floor at last seat he just came and starting hitting like mad there was female passenger I hope srs take it action or please close ur service if u can’t manage it
