This is the worst bus management I have never seen before. I booked ticket from bhavnagar to Ahmedabad they told me that bus will arrive at 2:05 at pani ni taki bhavnagar and i was like arrive 1:40 at pani ni taki I call to jalaram bus conductor at 2 o'clock he is telling me that my bus is crossed bhavnagar and it's 25 KM away from bhavnagar. And they don't call me when he arrives at bhavnagar conductor is telling me it's your responsibility to call me I don't have your contact number I recommend you to all don't book this bus try to book Tanna GSRTC. Jalaram travel kind of bus are very bad management and they don't care about our loss I talked with jeegar he is like he doesn't care about my loss and i have flight at the morning this is my clear opinion to all of you.

Wrost experience ever I had in this bus, it's take more than 12 hrs from Ahmedabad to kodinar. Also bus is not stopped for washroom and other and bus has not recharged with fast tag....I never prefer this bus for travelling. .slow and local bus it's take many stop in highway ....wrost wrost wrost

Worst experience ever, After traveling in this bus I started liking government buses. I suggest do not travel in this bus better to travel in GSRTC.

THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY. i went to diu with family (14 people) a few days ago. The staff was irresponsive, bus was not clean(how could i expect it to be sanitized). THE FRONT GLASS was BROKEN. AND in the middle of the journey somthing went wrong and smoke was coming out of the bus ( back tier) at 2 am almost. Yet the Owner didn't care to pickup the call (how professional.). I wish i could give ratings in negative.

Bus quality is poor(like third class). Don't use jalaram viral. You can use GSRTC bus.

Worst service or one can say No service at all. Would give negative rating if available.
