Good consulting firm for visitor visas.

I believe they operate on low values and principles, we applied for our parents visitor visa through them and for most part of procedures they were unaware. They don't go case by case, they have standard 2000 year old process to follow and we finally end up getting refusal for a crystal clear case.
1. They did not provide enough guidance about documents, bonds/ties, funds and other options for visa as visitor visa was not the best option at that time due to covid restrictions.
2. They're not up to date with the guidelines, when we tell them that new rules have been update, They go online and check, which makes things more messy.
3. Due to the new guidelines we ended up paying processing fees twice and as per CIC we should get the first fees refunded but, they just gave us partial refund (30%).
I know we don't have many options in navsari but avoid them if possible, there many new consultants who are much advanced and well informed.

They have provided a superb service.
