Worst travel counter. Staffs misbehave with their own passengers. I am telling my experience that when I was returning from Dwarka at 21/03/2019. All staffs were drunk, and when I ask the bus timings so he just start misbehaving with me that u booked your ticket online. Just go online again and ask the timings. And the way, owner and his father are talking, it was intolerable. They start abusing me also. When one guy saw in my phone that I am dialing 100no. then he tell them in their local language that police is coming. Just stop misbehaving.
So guys take decisions accordingly.

Worst they are worst actually every traveller here are worst. They are not friendly and also tell a lot of lies. Like they will say to you that they will book a tour bus for somnath but they throw you on a private transport bus which will treat you like cattles Here in Gujrat State travel express buses are best for travelling and comfort but remember express buses not simple one. Here government is doing better job than private transport services. Don't Believe in sayings of private transport person.

Poor service and false commitments. Lier's do bluff with the costumers, I have booked bus ticket from dwarka to somnath at 2pm on 18.05.2019 and as per the commitment/written on ticket/also on their entrance that they will also visit harshad temple and mul dwarka while moving towards somnath ji but after crossing dwarka their people said they will move directly to somnath ji and you have to talk with office people for this.

We booked bus ticket from Dwarka to Somnath for INR 240 each. It's a non-AC bus which runs with full of local passengers standing in bus. It's keeps stopping here and there to drop and pick-up local passengers. Had I knew this before, I would have avoided their services for Dwarka to Somnath.

Worst travel even worst the owner never book from this place.they are the ones beacuse hindu tourist places are infamous...I booked for the somnath in saikrupa and they even allowed to seat their my old mother...the worst i ever seen in my life.

I book my bus ticket online and on the way bus driver also allow locals in bus and the travel hole journey standing. NO COMFORT

Nice tour agent with care and love to customers

Owner is least cooperative.. bus condition is poor for dwarka to Somnath.. if you have time prefer train.
