It was good journey from Faizabad to Delhi with New india travel. Good facilities , bus was clean. and it was little late from it schedule.

This bus services is disgusting and frustrated . bus conductor and drive fully drink and loss talk every passengers. Abdul conductor is very frustrating person. I have pay to driver 1500rs he is confirm is one vacant but no sheet provide to me and loss talk to me every time .whole night bus saffer is disturbing for me and shocked. I have online FIR submitted on portal up police portal.

I am a frequent traveller and I have never seen such pathetic service!!
I travelled from Ayodhya to Delhi and there service lacks in all areas
-Bus was late by 1 hour
-No place for luggage
-Bus was overboarded and people were sleeping in the middle area
-No cleanliness
-Bad behaviour of staff
-Buses are not maintained and broke down midway for 4 hours.
-We reached delhi 6 hours late.

I am writing this review as a friend to all travellers...Never book this bus service.

New india travels service is very very very very very bad and poor.....bhot ghatiya hai yar.
I was booked bus, first all it was late atleast 2hrs and there was lots of problem in bus also not running condition so driver was back in bus stand and saying this cancelled and i will return amount in account.

How we can suffer this type of issue.

The staff did not have the guts to speak, we said that you have to take water, if you stop for 1 minute at the toll, then sit on the street, otherwise I will slap is gadi me kabhi na aaye

Not good bus service bad quality seat not attach any toilet in this bus and any bus price is very high seat quality and first quality is very low waste your money waste your time take your risk ok to not drive most chance in accidents in highway take other Travels option like that train aeroplane

Bus operator is cheaters... I was booked ticket on the date of 12/01/2022 from delhi to Lucknow at the price of 389 from goibibo.com one day before. On the journey day, bus management call me to your booked bus is cancelled today, if you want to continue your journey on the same day we, will provide you A/C bus ticket with extra amount..... I was paid extra amount and when I visit boarding point they provide me same bus.... I would like to suggest you don't choose this bus for your journey... Cheaters... Cheaters.. Looters
