Don't apply visa and don't book ticket from here. they will not provide proper bill and harasment till end of your life.

Booked a hotel in Kodaikanal, after booking the booked hotel's location is showing as Munnar, Kerala. Even after calling the customer care and hotel management number of times no service provided. Didnt even got the refund of Rs. 8000. Even though the managent didnt returned my refund they send me an invoice of Rs. 5000. Totally non professional service.

A difficult organization to dealwith where they do not honour their own vouchers.You are made to run for redemption. Refunds one should not think of.You can not talk to anyone for redressal of your problems, they only can contact you and give a stalk reply,will talk to team.
