I rented a Royal Enfield 500 for 3 days to visit Agra. Neel was helpful and his team sorted out the paperwork and prepped the bike to the specific spec I had requested. No issues at all and totally fuss free organising, picking up and dropping off. I look forward to renting again when next back in Delhi.

I took bikes two times now planning to take car. They provide checked and good condition vehicle. Very good experience nice behaviour of staff. If you are planning for a trip must visit them more reliable than online sources.

they are worst of their kind, bikes taken on rent did not serve the purpose as their condition was so poor and they couldnt even complete a mile without hiccups. While returning the bikes, they denied to refund.

As cons: the place is a small workshop-office not very accessible and they open late, around 11, although it turned out to be normal in India.
Apart from this, all the experience was good: We had a problem with the bank transfer for the deposit, but we kindly managed to reach an agreement. They let us drop the motorcycle in a different city (with an overcharge). The manager explained everything very clearly and made the process smooth, the assistants prepared the motorcycle for us and were flexible in time and place to pick it up at the destination point. The Royal Enfield that we took, despite looking a bit neglected, performed perfectly during the near 600km that we rode.

Neel has been of a great help, very reactive given the short time notice of our request. He found the best way to optimize our 11 days trip in Rajasthan, taking into account our budget and wishes.
The driver he assigned us has been perfect too. Very friendly, helpful and experimented. We could have not wished for better conditions to discover North India.
