I have booked my parcel with shrinath cargo on 16th march-18

LR no-0051715

yesterday evening i got parcel,but there is one piece of jeans short,i mean 1 piece of jeans was stolen

when i first see the parcel i doubt so i shoot video before opening parcel
i m sending all proofs below

POINTS TO BE NOTED:

1. BOOKED ON 16TH MARCH 2018,RECIEVED ON 21 MARCH,2018
IT NORMALLY REACH 3 DAYS
BUT IN THIS CASE IT REACH 6TH DAY
IN THIS DURATION GOODS STOLEN

2. YOU CAN SEE IN VIDEO,1 PACKET OF JEANS IS BROKEN/TORN,AN 1 PIECE IS TAKEN FROM PACKET OF 5 PIECES,MOREOVER 1 PIECE IS OUTSIDE THE PACK

SO ,ITS CLEARLY SHOWS GOODS STOLEN FROM MY PARCEL

I HAVE EMAIL THIS MATTER TO SHRINATH CARGO,BUT TILL DATE I HAV NOT GET ANY COMPONSATION
EVEN THEY BLAME ME THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING,AS I HAVE OPENED THIS PARCEL AT MY PREMISES
IS THERE ANY SENSE?
I HAVE PROVIDE ALL PROOFS WITH VIDEO
STILL NO RESPONSE

AT LAST I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW
AND WARNS ALL PEOPLE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE SENDING YOUR GOODS WITH THIS SERVICE

The service provided is really poor for the price quoted.
1. Bus was not clean
2. Stopped on a highway though the office and pickup location is mapped to a service road. Passengers are expected to jump the barricade and enter the bus.
3. Stoppage locations were not clean.
4. Not being on time for pickup. One can understand if the drop gets delayed because of so many factors.
5. Only good thing is that the bus driver and helper are kind and empathetic and tries to do their best with whatever resources they have.

Please don't choose this bus all facilities is very third class. No time management and hotel location is very bad. My dehli to Ahmedabad journy is very bed. Driver and all staff members behaviour is not good to taking customer. Very worst service

I booked Shrinath solitaire premium class bus from udaipur to Delhi, this was worst ever experienced, I will never recommend shrinath buses to any of my contacts, I pay 4658rs pr one Sleeper, bus washroom not in use, staff behavior was not good, bus punctuality was not good delayed by 1hr.

Book tickets on phone Delhi to Ahmedabad for relatives.

It was good over all experience by them.

It was value for money deal.

Third class bus service.
1. Bus was not clean
2. Stopped at 3rd class hotel - charbhuja hotel where washroom condition is very bad (used sanitry pads are thrown in washrooms)
3. Started at 6:30 and stopped at 11:30 for dinner , atleast should stop at right time for dinner.
4. No arrangements for washroom either at boarding or any stop
5. If you are placing your luggeage in luggage area, then be ready for some bad news like trolly tyre broken or bag is ripped as they place heavy cargo over luggages.

Worst experience they don't know how to talk after 1 hour they turn off the heater and you will feel like AC is turned on in winters when you complaint they are ready to fight. I RECOMMENDED NOT TO USE THIS FOR TRAVEL. BECAUSE THIS CAN ACCIDENTS HAPPEN IN LIFE. STAY SAFE.
