The services of the travel agent were beyond expectations. They know their job well and has covered all possible pain points . It is obvious that they have a passion for this work and understand the needs of the traveller. All requirements were accommodated very nicely and communication was transparent all through the trip. I highly recommend his services. I would use his services again were I to travel to Nepal again. Which I probably would. Everything was properly planned by the Travel agent. Great hotels except the one in Thamel which was a bit noisy , however it was immediately changed by the travel agent who provided us with a much bigger room with a window. Mr. Mithun the Driver I would say a professional tour escort was very nice guy who has thorough knowledge of India and Nepal. He helped us to explore all the places including food and attractions. The stay in Pokhra and Chitwan was really memorable and looking forward to staying again in the same hotels. India is incredibly unpredictable and exciting, Nepal very beautiful and fascinating. We had an one bedroom water retreat with slide. The villa was amazing. He had an issue with the opening roof but the staff took care of it immediately and made it working. Because of that they gave us as a gift a complimentary breakfast, one massage per person and a bottle of wine. Finally everyone is happy and we will go back again soon. Special thanks to Mrs. Eve for making arrangements and to the general manager of the hotel They know how to fix everything fast. Very nice

We'd like to thank all the team for making our holidays fantastic experience. The water villa was exactly what we'd expected to be and besides it was really worth its high price. Actually, the company offered us one of the most reasonable prices for water villa holiday in Maldives. Everything was on a high level and the hotel service was awesome. We are really amazed by this place and all the arrangements.

we were in Rajasthan in a group of 10 guys and we used Paylesstoursindia to make all the itinerary as well as arrange the tour for us. Everything was just fantastic! The driver always on time with his perfectly clean car. We felt safe and very comfortable with Prakash. Paylesstoursindia did a great job and we are truly happy.

We (Me, my wife and a daughter of 9 years old) did a beautiful private tour of Royal Rajasthan and Varanasi.
Our driver was Prakash. He has been fantastic, not just a driver.
Very helpful several times, he took care of us all the time.
Payless tours organized everything very well.
I suggest this tour also for family with kids, of course you must to know, every day you spend a lot of time travelling in the car but you can see a lot of things.

This really was an exceptional trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Our tour was an incredible tailormade, 19 day tour of northern India.

Key to our amazing experience was our incredible driver and guide PRAKASH. Together we covered many thousands of kilometres, taking in Delhi, the major sights of Rajasthan, Agra, Khajuraho and Varanasi.

Prakash got to know us quickly and used his 30+ years experience to anticipate our every need. He knew when we'd seen enough temples and suggested a tiger safari. He knew when we needed a massage. He knew when we needed lunch or a loo stop. He found the best, most knowledgeable and friendly local guides. He really knew what we wanted before we did.

Prakash was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful throughout. Spending nearly three weeks in a car together with a stranger could be difficult, but Prakash quickly became our big brother and travel guru, sharing his knowledge and experience.

The hotels were three star and the beds and bathrooms were always clean and staff extremely helpful.

Considering the extent of our trip and the sights and the mileage covered, this was exceptional value for money and an incredible experience.
