Japji gave excellent service for our Delhi-Agra-Jaipur tour. They gave a fair price (30% less than our guesthouse had quoted is) without needing negotiation. They answered all of our questions promptly and well. The driver was professional and safe. The vehicle exceeded our expectations. I'd definitely recommend them to others who want honest, professional service.

I tried to book with this company for a 16 day car rent. I agreed to their prices but with every message back to me they advised of another problem. It’s good that they answered my enquiry but they wasted my time and I was forced to book with another company. When they said my proposed journey to Gangotri was off road I offered to leave the car at the road end and take another form of transport from there.
They did not reply and I find this company to be unethical.

My partner and I booked a rental car with a driver with this company during the holidays. It was a weeklong trip around parts of Northern India.

We were initially apprehensive of depositing a downpayment then meeting the driver at the airport to pay the rest in cash. But when we got to Delhi Airport, the driver was already there (he was actually on time, our flight was delayed by 3 hours) and we drove straight to Jaisalmer. That was about 13 hours of driving overnight! The car we rented smelled nice and the white seat covers were freshly washed.

Gopal, our driver, was very skilled and professional. He was trustworthy and so is this company. We felt the price we paid was fair. It definitely made our trip much more convenient.

We would recommend this company to family or friends who will need a vehicle or driver in India.

We are from south india. We took a tempo traveller from delhi to katra and some parts of Punjab from Japji travels...very nice and safe driving. And all our trip was completed wonderfully on a scheduled timing...thank you
