He effortlessly guided our group of 20+ people through several villages, temples and so much more. India captured my heart like no other place in the world so I returned in March of 2018 for a private tour with Kapil and was not disappointed by his wonderful guidance again through India as my driver and guide. I’m now planning my first group to India in January of 2019 and working with Kapil to plan this journey has been a breeze. Kapil has over 10 years managing tours through India and it shows. I also get to show my group Real India, where we get to participate in river aartis, enjoy real Indian cooking and meet and connect with local people. Kapil was not only a knowledgeable guide but informed us of the things you can’t find elsewhere. He was an open book to the secrets and customs of his country.

The thing that stands out the most for me is how safe and protected we all felt. As a group of 21 things come up. Whether it be diet restrictions, occasional mishaps (Due to my own foolishness I got my hand stuck in a door) things needed or a change of plans Kapil always took care of things without skipping a beat. Always with an eagerness to please and a smile! Just so you know ice is not readily available in India especially as your driving down the street in a bus. Well within 5 min. I had a bag of ice for my hand and all was well. It was the urgency and care he took that impressed me so much. As if I was one of his own. Thank you Kapil!

I took a Group Tour and Kapil was our guide throughout. I also travelled with him individually. He was everything you could want and more. He made all arrangements for us, and everything was perfect! Kapil is amazing! I Participated in a group of about 13 women traveling to Delhi, Rishikesh and Hardiwar with him. The bus was comfortable, clean and air conditioned. The drivers were great. Kapil thought of every detail and really made us feel safe. He had lots of information and good advice. He paid attention to detail and was generous with his time. Kapil was our guide during the 10-day spiritual retreat we had in Rishikesh. This was my first time visiting India and I was incredibly lucky to have Kapil to guide me and our group through it. We really felt like a part of his family. He was very attentive, kind, friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He was able to take into consideration needs of everyone in a group(and it was a diverse group) and phenomenally create an itinerary to accommodate and interest us all! He was going above and beyond to addres everything we asked for and to show us real India as much as possible but still keeping us comfortable to avoid severe culture shock (great hotels, fantastic food stops(that are safe with yummy food), new bus with AC, attentive drivers, water, snacks). We felt very cared for. I am definately planning on coming back to explore India more and will not even consider anyone else to provide me this experience, as I think Kapil is one the the best. If you want to have a great India experience (especially if it's your first time) I would highly reccomend using Kapil India Tours. You will not regret it and will be coming for more.

When you don't have much time in India, you'd better get yourself a car and a driver. When you don't even have much time to plan your trip, you'd better find an honest, reliable person who can do it for you. Luckily for us- Kapil was the whole package.
We hired Kapil for a one-week tour in February. He took care of every aspect of it- he planned the itinerary (and also took us to some extra "surprises" on the way), booked our hotels, recommended where to eat, took care of currency exchange and made sure we are aware of every tourist trap we may run into.
In addition to all of that, he is a good driver and made us feel that we are in good hands in the chaotic roads of India where anything can happen. He treats his clients like family and his services are highly recommended!
