Worst service.push back wont work, when complaint , they already knew about it still sold the ticket.a drunk person is sleeping on floor whom conductor let on bus for earning extra bucks.whole bus is stinking.never gonna use this service again.

Unsatisfactory, bad services, rude drivers and conductors.... Never go for this bus.. If you book any seat, you will get another....

When leaders own a service after shutting down the government one, this results.

Check the roadways online ticket price in redbus it's showing 665 (Raipur to bagicha)
But you can get royal ticket in only 550 for same rout.
For same rout why they are asking 115 more from passenger.

Really unsatisfactory pathetic service by agent not worth going from raipur because agent never cooperates and uses very rubish language

Please add online ticket booking because the behavior of agent of Raipur is not acceptable

Extra luggage charges tekken by conductor only for 150 km charges was 600 rupees and way of talking of staff is worst
