Only pro is that they have vehicles ..else their staff are not well behaved.vehicles are not in proper working condition.
In many of their old busses ac don't work properly , sittings are not comfortable, windows in busses are jam
Also the time taken by them is more than other travels like manohar etc

The worst ever bus agency. Its like JMD has lost its charm when it came newly and today its parhetic.... If u want to waste ur time then go ahead and travel with them. They took more than 6 hours in broad daylight while other buses takes 4 hours to reach patna from motihari...I wil say to owners to pls take care of such things coz ultimately u start losing ur customers who come from Delhi or some other states expecting to reach before time.

Bakwaas service.they can stop anywhere either on the Patna over bridge.we r travellinh from areraj to tatanagar.today we are traveling with goat.....let see after few days may be with pig.... now 11:10 Pm still we have to Wait for dinner... Very bad staff as well....
