Very worse service at Hojai... 5 days ...not yet delivered at Tinsukia... Charges 4 times more then Jyoti courier and other couriers... Next day I gave same weight parcel at Jyoti courier reached tinsukia in 3 days... Also receiving parcels in tearing and worse condition in dtdc

It's just a shop which offers the internet working facilities for the public which contributes them in creating their passport, pan card, etc....

Delivery stuff rude, behavior nonsense, pick up and deliver service dely, call not answer, service nonsense ,

Not even want to give single star... worst service evr I experienced....this Saturday I was going to recv my parcel bt from courier service I didn't recv any call even . after few hrs I was tht my parcel had been received and me my self signed...how could be possible...even I didn't recv the parcel thn how I can sign it...tht means they duplicated my sign...how rubbish. .I'm going to complain abt it...n my order was not in COD

The guy in the office was really so good .
I have sent many consignment from others but first time feel secure here in their office.
They also delivered shipment very soon..

I have booked my shipment twice here. 1st one in mid September'20 & the 2nd one is today.. Love the way they handle your shipment. Highly recommended.
