First time experience to Amritsar & Chandigarh from NCC Department of my college guided by Patkai Travels, it was really very beautiful journey with safe rides, hygiene staying and ofc. good food. THANK YOU Patkai Travels for making our trip memorable and my dreams came true.

It was a very beautiful experience to travel with Patkai Travels. I was very happy and fully satisfied with this trip. Also a very big Thanks to Patkai Travels and each and every members, specially Zahir daa and Pol daa for making our trip memorable and beautiful. And we all gonna miss this journey, time and enjoyment very much.

Had always wanted to visit Amritsar. It's a small town no doubt, but a weekend away could be a lot of fun. It has quite a few things to see and keep you busy for 2-3 days. It was a wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark.
All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. Thanks for your support and prompt response. Jahir daa and Pol daa they are very cooperative, polite and friendly. We Enjoyed their company.

I cannot convey strongly enough how disgusting my experience was !! I along with my family planned a trip to Puri & Kolkata, and as there was kids in the group we decided to book everything through this travel agency.
Everything starting from the hotel to the vehicle was not good. They don’t have any kind of communication with the hotels and infact they left us on our own, we had to manage everything. The hotel room stinks, the vehicle driver didn’t even showed us the important sites inspite of our so much request. There would have been less hassle if we had booked everything by our own. Have travelled a lot of places through many other agencies but never ever had to go through such bad experience.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Provided worst hotels in Kolkata with worst service! The worst drivers were alloted for sight seeing! when complained of the problems to the agency the worst behaviour was seen by them!! Neither changed our schedule (asked us to do it by ourselves) didn’t receive any help on any purpose with the worst unacceptable behaviour! I would never go back to them and never recommend anyone to try patkai travel agency!!

They deserve a 5 Star rating the trip was outstanding, from travelling to hotels everything was perfect and Jahir Da he is born for this profession he is one of the most humble person I have ever met he helped us throughout the trip. This was my first longest trip and I must admit that it will always hold a special place in my heart. The whole trip was enjoyable starting from train journey to staying in hotels. Our guide cum brother Mr. Jahir Abbas guided us throughout the journey and helped each one of us whenever we are having some issues. So I'm thankful to Jahir Ka and Patkai Travels for this memorable trip ❤️🙌🏻.
