TERRIBLE!! WORST BUS COMPANY EVER! DEEP TRAVELS .. Never opt for DEEP TRAVELS ever. Had such a worst experience. I contacted the head of the DEEP TRAVELS 2 months prior my family wedding(the day I needed the bus). I literally had to run back and forth after them to get the bus. Once they promised to get me the required bus and after few weeks they denied. This didn't happened once it happened multiple times at first they assure and then they deny. At last after running after them for 2 months, i somehow got a bus finalised. They showed me the pictures and assured me of comfort. And when they were supposed to arrive they were an hour late and the bus was NOT at all what i was showen in the pictures. PLUS! The journey of more than 12 hours was THE WORST EXPERIENCE. The NOISE, THE CONSTANT JERKS AND THE DISCOMFORT IT GAVE US ALL WAS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. WE GOT OUR WEDDING DAY WORST EXPERIENCE.

Worst service ever. Dont know how to run a bussiness. They cancel tickets suddenly as they want. If you guys can't provide a bus ticket what you are doing. Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst...

Few days ago, I was booking a ticket from Guwahati to Silchar on Redbus app, there was a sleeper berth available in one of the buses of Deep Travels, for some reason i was not receiving OTP on my mobile so i went directly to this place to book it offline.There was some man sitting in the counter i told him the situation and want to book the same ticket offline. He was noting down my details to give a paper ticket, i asked him how much is the cost, he said it is Rs 650/-, i told him to wait, it was showing only 449 on redbus app, he said along with GST and other taxes final amount will go around 650. I told him to wait and started checking the final payment amount on the app, while this was happening he called someone through his mobile and said "S13 block kardo" and then he told me that ticket cannot be booked it is blocked. I asked why, he said in hindi "nah you can check it cannot be booked now". Well, these are cheap outdated tricks, he thought i would anyway book the ticket offline and pay how much ever he said. I said "nah toh ham book nai karenge (okay then i wont book) and left from there. As a tourist this was my first experience there in Guwahati, cheaters 😁 North east guys are cheaters 😁 Kidding, i also met some really good people who helped me, i had a good trip. Finally when i again checked the available status the seat was unblocked but i didn't book it, i went with someother travels.

The person sitting at the counter especially the dark complexioned stout guy at the courier counter is very rude and arrogant . They don’t care whether you are their customer or not. I would prefer Network travels.
