Staff is very rude and lazy. I was alone with 4 bags and the staff refused to help me carry the luggage. Even the room was stinking. Geaser didn't work and had to bath with cold water. They even charge high and don't bother to provide services.

In terms of service they are the best. Starting from pickup from Guwahati Airport to back. Car provided were neat and clean with friendly driver during the tours. Hotels were also very good with clean and hygiene rooms with happy face staffs in Shillong and Kaziranga. A big thanks team Abhisarika for making my family vacation memorable. Keep smiling 😊
