Booked their AC volvo bus from Tinsukia to Guwahati on January. Got boiled inside it due to heat. AC not working at all. Just thinking what would be its condition during summer. Non AC is far better than it. Con company.

Very bad conditions... The buss from duliajan (Assam) to Guwahati (Assam) is very poor... They say it is a volvo buss. But the ac is not working properly... The suspension of the buss gets wrong... It is very bad experience with John travels... I hope all of you to prefer other busses over John volvo

It was comfortable journey but little expensive fare from tinsukia to sibsagar ....Given 553 but from tinsukia to ghy fare is 723 only itzz much more cheaper bcoz from sivsagar to ghy is 350 plus km but from tinsukia to sivsagar hardly 150 km but fare is 553. Tinsukia to ghy 500 km but fare is 723 .

If you want to travel by a luxurious bus from tinsukia to guwahati definitely choose john travels. The only problem is their ac never works properly and the fare is too high

My bus got delayed by 1 and a half hour. No prior notification was given from your side. I want my money back

Don’t book in this bus. Totally worst journey. As per schedule they have to start from Guwahati at 7:20 am. They delayed by almost one hour. They stop the bus at anywhere on the way. They even dropped the passengers at their own doorstep. No time table maintained. Specifically from Jorhat to Tinsukia it moves like a City Bus. Every one or two kilometres they picked up and dropped passengers. When I asked them about the situation they said they are not concerned about that. Guwahati to Tinsukia they have to cover in 10 hours as per schedule. But it takes almost 13 hours. Horrible experience with this bus, John Volvo day super(?).

Very Thanx to John Travels. Awesome Volvo. Really appreciable for providing volvo from our kaziranga resort to direct dibrugarh airport and even waiting there till airport opens. Thanku Mr. Pranjal once again.
