Staff of john travells was very friendly but there bus service was so bad, that i will never try again as they told me that journey will take 5-6 hrs but the bus driver & bus conductor made so many stops that it took more than 8 hrs to jorhat from tinsukiya at night 12 am when I told them that leave me in city as there where no transportation they left me on bypass outer 5 km from City it was a horble trip. Thanks to John travels.. don't do journey from this if you are outer state or country Traveller
