CGR Travels - Kadapa

On time pick up and drop.
Sleeper facilities are good.
Clean and Well maintained.
Comfort level is ok.
Staff are helpful.

CGR travels is one of best trusted service providers. You will reach destination very safely. But they need to change their old buses because there no proper maintenance. I like new buses of CGR travels because they are very comfortable on seating.

We booked complete bus AP04TU 4586(sleeper), for attending program from kadapa to Vijayawada.

While going , driver has taken from inside the villages to skip tolls, very worst driving and driver confirmed suspension is very weak, owner knows well, we have called owner n asked, owner responded like driver knows.

While coming back to kadapa, headlights are not getting on, from 10pm till 1.10 we were on highway, no food.

Every time we all need to get down and push the bus.

Very worst.

Owner is behaving like he don't know anything..

Nice. Good seating comfort. Well drivers. Maintainance is cool.

Driver and staff behaviour is not good towards passengers,very harsh & rude.

They don't no passenger drop points,it's their responsibility to drop the passenger at selected drop point or intimate the passenger,mentioned in the ticket.

They are feeling like amount paid to CGR but not to driver & staff.

Travelled from Kadapa to Hyderabad, on 18th Feb 2021, Bus No AP 39TK 2478.

This is the worst bus to travel They changed my lagguge bags in to other bus with out intimating me.Finally I got my lagguge after 3hrs of completion of my journey in a very pathetic condition. Pls avoid it if you want a peaceful journey
