Morning Star Travels

there is no punctuality ,,,, bus timing is 11;15pm but bus comes 12;00 am ,,,,, and no hygienic no cleanliness wasted food item in beds and covers etc,,,, there is no blankets,,,, ac problem water will come out side drop by drop in the bed exactly place of head. total journey i suffered i close the ac but water drop are also come .how can i sleep ,,,,, where is the vale of money,,, waste off my trip totally disappointed ,,,,, 1 trip in morning star worst trip,,,, who is the responsibility for this....????

Their concentration only on luggage transportation not on passengers. Hyderabad to Vijayawada they will easily take 9 hours because they need to load luggage and unload as well. Tried this travels twice end up with same worst experience.

Its waste to give 1start also. I travelled in ac sleeper in that Full cockroaches in bus, I thought to take a video of that but lights not working, in ac sleeper they are not providing blanket or bed cover. Water bottles also not providing.
Please don't prefer this for travelling. Staff also responded rudely.

Morning stars was good for travelling and reached the destination on time,but it should repair their lighting system in sleeper breths

I had booked ticket in Volvo bus , it was supposed to leave at 7pm from Vijayawada, few hours before the despatch, they called & told that 7pm bus is been cancelled, we will rebook in 9pm bus , there was was no option to select the seat , moreover it was scania, it was not comfortable & it was very old bus , what ever I ask ,staff talks very rudely, they say talk to people who have has booked ticket , personal experience don't book in morning star, they are so responsible travel company, worst experience after paying premium cost! Please don't get cheated like me horrible experience

1st January 2023 evening around 7.50Pm to booking parcels from benz circle to hyd. Booking Staff and another staff irresponsible behavior. Convert your staff to responsible work

Very very bad experience with morning star bus sleeper couch...
No blankets,No water bottle,0% Bus Cleaning full of mosquitos Like Dustbin more then better compare with this bus
