Morning Star Travels

This is one of the worst service. They don't even provide correct timing of arrival or departure . The even respond in the worst way all the details provided in the online booking platforms are the wrong way . Even they say they can update correctly

Can't provide any rating to these travels, i understand if bus is late, but the office which is supposed to have waiting area and minimum seating and restroom facilities, not sure if they have all those. When spoken to the in-charge to take kids to washroom, he suggested to go to near by petrol station. we had to stand in road for +2Hrs between mosquitos and slight drizzle, entire office is filled with cargos - i don't know procedure, but their licenses needs to be cancelled and removed from all travel apps.

These people are using the entire road as toilet without any respect to the structures and society, i am not sure how Government is giving licenses to these kind of offices.

I don't complaint about booking, arrivals and departures. My concern is the lunch and dinner stop timings. I boarded from banglore to Hyderabad at 11 30 am. The lunch stop was at 4 00 pm. After lunch bus didn't stop for 5 hours. As per road transport rules the bus should stop for every 1.5 hrs. Human being should relieve every 2 hours. Please consider this. Otherwise morning star will be history.

Don’t ever take this bus , the worst bus timings this guys have 4hrs late literally, and this is not 1st time this is 5th time i am facing this issue , irresponsible fellows driven and owner

Worst service. Always late, seats are filled with dirt and smell. driver don't even pick the call and respond to a complaint about the seat

Worst timings of bus they show boarding point as 10:40 pm but come at 12 am if we ask why they tell simply dinner break if you guys can't provide proper mobile number of conductor don't run the bus ok kurnool to banglore timing worst don't trust what shows while booking they are very unprofessional

My journeys been a miserable one with these people.
Late, dirty and rude.
I've had to face so much difficulty because of these people. Please shut down this business

Bus looks good.. that ends the positive side.. too much voice of engine inside the birth... They don't put on the air conditioning well.. when asked repeatedly also they don't understand our situation.. it's like puking inside.. food stoppage worst place with no proper bathroom access..
