I extend my sincere thanks for all the support and hospitality extended by all your executives and staff members for safe and successful completion of our CharDham Yatra-2018. The convenient tour package designed with reasonable cost , comfortable transport and hotel accommodations in all the hill stations of the Yatra with sufficient rest and leisure timings provided to travellers in our bus No.2 are excellent. All the travellers in our bus have performed their prayers to the Great Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu, and had religious dips in the devotional rivers- Ganga, Yamuna, Alaknanda and Brahmakapalam including visit to the Saraswathi river and temple, besides Kedarnath, Badrinath, Rishikesh and Haridwar. On behalf of all the travellers in our bus, I once extend our heartfelt thanks for all the valuable services rendered by the management and staff members of Southern Travels New Delhi-Dr. Rajendra Krishna, Visakhapatnam.

Went on 10 days tour with a group of 17 members.had a huge expectations but was very dissappointed.The package was including pick up and drop from airport to room.but to our surprise no one was there to pick us at airport.after calling them they made us wait for 2 hours and then the vehicle arrived.And after completion of the trip they refused to arrange the drop to airport with a stupid reason that we didnt remind the hotel reception.but infact we reminded the travel office.they simply said that pick up and drop was not their dept.The vehicles they allot us for the tour are not always their own.They simply book a vehicle from some pvt travels and they care a damn of the vehicle condition.We even suffered a lot of injuries due to worst condition of the vehicle in haridwar trip.And the room they provided at haridwar was the worst.Even at delhi they provided us rooms at their old block which was in hopeless condition.lot of loose connections ...access cards didnt work properly.Next was kulu Manali trip.They booked us accomodation at MAPLE RETREAT.But the hotel management refused to accomodate us there and compelled us to stay at some useless hotel.There was no guide nothing.we had to guide ourselves through the trip.only tour we njoyed was the delhi local tour which they provided volvo bus.Rest tour was hopeless.

Too much rates

Un professional staff and drivers..i opted 1 day tour to Delhi agar and mathura. Local guide arraged by southern travels cheated us in all aspects right from entry ticket purchase to drop up.
They use to take us for shaby, not worthy and link up restaurant for lunch nd dinner.
Beware of guide and food halts.

Good Hospitality given during my stay in Souhtern travells Hotel in Delhi.
And also best transport and Guides provided during package tours.

Careless response from the front end department. The staff are arrogant towards the customers. It seems that the southern travels is not maintaining standards at all. This is not what a customer should experience in the beginning itself!

Service is gud and the customer response is very gud especially by the Manager-OBT

Actually I was asking one package for Kashmir....it was going around 10 days above....still no follow up and updates....very poor service
