We had a family Tour of Assam. It was a nice experience overall. Services were offered as committed. But the best time to visit Assam is always in winter season after September. And next time definitely going to book with same company.

The overall experience was excellent with Sai shradha travels. Staffs are polite, co-operative and have good professional attitude. The cars are neat and tidy and in good working condition. The way of making us explore every places was quite impressive.

We had gone there with India Beacons for 2 nights and 3 days. The trip was breath taking. Fresh air and living with wild nature is something which is just impossible to miss. You need to be in a group as well willing to mix with other

Very very unprofessional owner, over promise and under delivery. No compromise on rents but service is very very poor.
Booked a rent car for a day till airport, owner kept calling us to move from one place and not waste driver's time. Then asked us to leave the place to reach airport 4 hours before and we did but we waited for the car to arrive only 2 and 30 hours late, then when I probed driver he is unaware of anything. Then he drops us at the hotel, we only went into the hotel to get our luggage and the driver disappears, when we called he says another driver will come.when we call owner he is very rude ( skipping this). Only 1&30 minutes to go, another driver shows up who is unaware of our urgency, dropped 30 minutes before the flight time. Thankfully flight hit delay so we could board. No apology came from anyone moreover an entitled owner is just after money and doesn't care about your experience. My PAN card was with the owner he didn't send tmit with the driver hence we had to go to his office again to pick up my oan card, another mismanagement and delay. Felt like he wanted us to book another cab and leave him alone.

This was the worst experience of our Goa trip thanks to the megalomaniac owner.

Are there any zero stars to give... I take a moped scooter on rent. It doesn't have yellow color tax no. Plate. Which can be issued to local traffic police. On the next day, I return the moped on time. But even though they do not return my deposit. Giving some silly reason. Such as cash problems. gpay limit is surpassed ..etc... Finally, they give a deposit return after so many calls and debates with the owner.

We had taken 3 bike Rentals here, and we got 3 white board scooties. Then later we were fined for travelling with white board on rental bikes by the local GOA Police and that wasn't even re-imbursed. And when we asked for extension after new year (which by the way had to be nominal rates and promised to do so) but he charged it 3 times more and took all the deposit money as the charge of the day. The bikes were not even that good. Please refrain from taking rentals in this place.

Very bad experience. Was provided with a white board vehicle for a rental which turned out to be an issue with the cops. We had to spend the fine from our own pockets which we were told will be reimbursed. The owner was reluctant to talk to us during the return of our vehicles. We had extended our vehicle for a day upon the promise of the owner for a nominal price but at the time to return he kept all our deposit and money from the fine which was to be reimbursed and started scolding us for wasting his time. DONT RENT FROM THIS OVERPRICED PLACE!!! EVEN IF YOU DO NEVER TAKE A WHITE BOARD VEHICLE. TELL THEM TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A PROPER RENTAL BOARD VEHICLE!!!!

This grand Island trip in Goa is a huge scam. They took us in a crowded boat, No slippers allowed. Dirty deck and unimaginable toilet.
2 Types of packages (isl) island and (com) combo. The package island consists of you sitting in the boat for seven hours with nothing to do. The combo package includes scuba diving, and several other activities where the total duration of all the activities is less than seven minutes combined. no instructions were provided before the activities as a result one lady got a severe head injury on the banana ride when it overturned, Food was at best mediocre served on the boat in wobbly paper plates. The leftover of the food was scattered everywhere on the boat deck. when we complained about the poor quality of our experience, we were shouted at by the tour operator. Plz save 2500₹ and spend it wisely somewhere else
