Delivery agent number provided for the delivery does not work. What's the point of providing it ? If the the customer can't contact. Pathetic

My parcel is showing its recieved at amazon facility jhansi but whenever i go to them they always say only one thing ki abhi apka parcel kanpur highway mei hai kal milega...hmesha same answer kaise ho skta hai they surely lie a lot.it happened with two of my parcel now
