I visiting first time in Lucknow and I was scared but really thanks a lot Ogonn Cab ..for the good cab service with a liable and very honest driver. Also a huge thanks to Ogonn Cab for an accurate time and affordable price. Really appreciate it.

I wanted A car for ride with my friends. Ogonn helped me by getting A car on rent, They gave me car on lesser price they asked after negotiation. Car was sanitized & smooth.

It’s been 45 days and deposit is not refunded - multiple follow ups in futile.

Clearly they are unprofessional

Very good car was provided but unfortunately the security amount has not been refunded till now, been more than 2 months. Wont use it again sorry!

They are total fraud they give you polished car where scratches are hidden and when you return car there are scratches they said , and the real fraud they do with security money I booked the car for 4 days so they said sir drive as much u want no problem but when I return the car they said u can leave and money will be refunded in your account sir so I left the office but next day when I open there app they deducted my money as penalty for ridding extra kilometres and charges are 20 rupee km so I suggest everyone don’t use there car they have higher charges then Zoomcar and they are frauds .

Refund payment received after some time, have changed the review to 4star. Deducted 1 star for slight delays in deposit money refund, which i will revise further after a good experience in next booking.

So far the experience was good, the team can work a bit on time management. The security money refund process took a few days extra time too, that can be made a little smoother for better customer experience.

Terrible service. Waiting for refund on the deposit for a week now. No accountability whatsoever. Only looking to make sure they mention some random reasons to subtract money from the deposit. DO NOT HIRE CARS EVEN IF YOURE DESPERATE.
