Chitrakutdham Karwi railway station is a grade A railway station in Chitrakoot district, Uttar Pradesh. Its code is CKTD.
There are mainly two platforms. Over bridge is available to reach platforms no 2 platforms 3 also available which is generally used to by pass the trains. This route is single line route so waiting time is more due to one available train on route then other will wait at the station to by pass the train. Sometimes waiting time is more then it makes passengers uncomfortable. Before corona time it is very crowded station but now a days it is not that much crowded. There’re two tickets window available which provide you instantly tickets . E-tickets facility is not available in platforms. Enquiry room is available which provide information through Mike which makes passengers more comfortable to understand when the train will come in which platforms. There are a lot of monkeys available in platforms sometimes they trouble the passengers for eating items. There are one station shop available which provide cold drinks chips chocolate petties …etc items. They take 5 rupees more than mrp for saying that for cooling the cold drink they take 5 extra rupees . There are only one shop so people have to take from there. Cold water and normal water available for drinking it is free of cost. Bathroom and washroom are very dirty it requires proper cleaning. Dustbins are available to make platforms neat and clean . Station is neat and clean.

I recorded this video on 15 August on Chitrakoot Railway Station the day when India got Independent from British Government and Just sharing the glory of our national flag to all of you and Suggesting everyone to visit Chitrakoot at least once not only for religious purposes but it is also a good for Waterfalls and Green Mountain hills

Not a much developed station. As, these days Indian railways are developing almost all the stations to world class facilities. I hope soon this will also have its name into the list.

Need be careful with belongings as there are so many Monkeys🐵 around waiting to snatch your belongings and will not return until you give them something to eat

This station is located in Uttar Pradesh, if I am telling about the clean and staff, that was fabulous The station is proper clean and parking is also clean, there are available drinking water too, staff is good
