Horrible experience with tte worst cargo agency. They are utterly irresponsible and on top of it they do not take any accountability of their mistakes. Had booked them for transferring my stuffs from Bangalore to Mumbai, with 26 items(cartons and stuff). They mishandled all items, broken every glass item(mugs, bottles, glasses, paintings etc.) and even the TV Screen. Though the TV was separately and carefully packed in a crate and the bill clearly stated that there is a 43' TV. After reaching Mumbai they charged Rs. 1000 additionally because house was on 1st floor stating "we leave the item on road otherwise". There was no complaint registered after multiple calls and mails. And the one complaint which I somehow managed to lodged was never looked into. After sending multiple mails with the photos of broken items they only sent a reply stating I did not complaint within "48 hours of delivery" which is incorrect. And I never got any call from the customer care explaining anything. So would suggest not to trust these money makers with your loveable stuffs.
