Very bad experience. The cab driver middle dropped my family members while in a ride and charged for full. Even customer care executives are also not bothering about the issue.
Very very very worst experience.

I'm more worrying about the customer care executive.. Not at all bothered my concern.

Please don't use Ola for emergency and safety rides.

Recently we are booking the cab soon some driver attached they are calling and asking the destination and mode of payment. Later they are cancelled the trip.
This happened to me and lot of members in my apartment. This will bring your reputation down.
Management team pls check with your team

On 18th September 2021 I used the service of OLA auto, driver name is rajanikanth,I paid Rs 180 after reaching destination in cash and now iam getting message that my payment of Rs 179 is pending...this action shows your poor quality administration and non professionalism...take proper action otherwise I have to delete your App

We have charged more then double amount shown in my invoice. And I called Somany times no one answered. Where should I give complaint
