More no. of busses and thousands of people visiting this bus stand daily, but infrastructure and facilities are very poor.

Very few shops are available to buy for travel snacks and needy things, also little expensive.

Rest room facility is far from omni bus stand, it’s located behind of omni bus stand. For emergency purposes reaching rest room takes more time.

Omni Bus stand is situated next to Nagercoil Main Bus Station on the west, opposite to hotel Sahana Castle. All the Private Omni buses Arrive and Depart from here. Easy access to any where even up to Mumbai by private bus.. No Hotels available inside the bus stand except Tea shop. Private vehicle entry fees Rs. 10/-..

Been there while traveling from Trivandrum to Chennai. Bus was parked briefly for dinner and washroom.

There is a washroom, well maintained on a payment of Rs.5.

Small tea shops . Had a cup of hot milk.

I saw passengers packing their food and eating in the bus. Could see a hotel in the entrance. Overall busiest place in the night with plenty of omni buses to various locations.

For parcel service come here very good service. Omni buses are very good and best but omni bus stand is too much crowded at some time. Better you down before or near omni bus stand so that you can pick taxi easily.

Once it was a pool which collected waste water. A very nice plan to make it as a Omni busstand in this strategic place ans it serves the purpose well. It would be nice to provide a air-conditioned common waiting place and a clean restaurant
