Worst experience ever. The car tyres were in bad shape. One of the tyres had just 3 nuts. One bolt was broken. We had a flat tyre in the middle and checked out the spare which was all bold, really bad shape. First the driver just put air in the flat tyre and tried going to the next petrol pump. Couldn't find anyone so changed the spare. Then finally found someone and got the puncture fixed. When the car was running on the spare the tyre burst(attaching pics). So a journey from Delhi to New Chandigarh which should take 5 hours took almost 8 hours. Reached at 230am in the morning. Can't blame the driver completely. Its the company which should check all the cars and details of the driver. We do need cab services like these but the management need to be a highly professional about running the business. What if there was a family with kids travelling late in the night with all these problems. Sad. Not to mention the bad smell in the car and the front wind screen broken.

Horrible service... They took the advance and did not send the taxi. Moreover they did not give the advance also. It was such a traumatic experience. RAG tours & Travels have a tie up with these Hippo people and together they cheat people. Plz be aware of it before booking.
I had to take Ola intercity to travel.

Horrible experience, no way to get in touch with the organisation for a confirmed booking, they cancelled the booking an evening earlier for a booking booked a week in advance. Customer care that called to cancel, ensured that he was doing us a favour by informing us 12 hours before on a festival weekend

I traveled from Delhi to Jaipur by Hippo Cabs service, their car was good and the behavior of the driver was good. The car was driving well. Thanks Hippo Cabs👍👍

I have booked the cab from Jaipur to Delhi and I got the best experience from there services.
All drivers are very co-operative from there client.

@hippocabs they cheat the customers i booked shirdi to pune and they dropped us in between with my old parents and got us to do ola sad and very poor customer service..i had to pay 560 rs extra on top of the payment done ... pathetic and very poor service don't book them..they are scamster people

I had a very bad experience with Hippo Cabs. I booked a cab for midnight airport pick up and they did confirm the booking but the cab never arrived and no one answered my call. I had to book another cab and I lost my booking amount and faith in Hippo Cabs. I would suggest NOT to book the cab with Hippo.
