Very poo service but delivery boy very co operative

Shipment not delivered not ones but twice , my first shipment was in November. Which reached Pathankot city and stayed in the Depot for 3 days before a complaint was raised and it got delivered after 4 days of transit which is understandable and 5 days of reaching destination that is ridiculous. And than a shipment I received today on 31 dec 2021 which reached Pathankot on 26th and wasn’t delivered till now. I had to raise 2 telephonic and 1 email complain. And a call to there zonal manager to get it delivered. I think they have some issues in there pathankot delivery. And i will not recommend any of there services to my known businesses and friends. In 2021 a parcel service can be that pathetic. .
