Worst experience ever with transport company..

Because of some reason I have to cancel my booking so I requested to the person of TCI and I'm also ready for pay the cancellation charge... He I can't cancel the consignment and he shouting on me because he had to send a mail for cancellation process...

After 20 minutes argument and so requesting he will ready to do that... At the and he told me "dobara kabhi mat aana"

So this is the service of TCI express rajkot...
