To be honest, all the officials were really nice and very specific in all the instructions. Also, yes we had to wait but i think its very logical, who comes first gets serves first. The earlier the better. Its not their fault if you have to wait, they follow the process and it should be followed by people too who visits there for their test.

Why do these people especially the inspectors have these attitude issues? Are we stealing anything from you guys that you behave so rudely with us? Its your job and do it delicately. Don't show us your attitude. We also have jobs and we also deal with clients but not like you. First get training on how to deal with a customer and then come into these government jobs. From DL to RC everything is online. For name change if it would have mentioned clearly that you cannot change complete name online only corrections are acceptable then I would not have wasted my money and time to get the DL. When went to the inspector (Vikas), he talked rudely and said you need to apply for a new DL. Also, he was asking for medical. Medical is required only after 40 and it is mentioned in the website. Is this person crazy or what? Sarathi website is pathetic and the system is also bad. If you already have a license and you have been driving from past several years without any issues, then to make a change in the name you don't have to give the driving test. This is going to waste my money and time again. Train these people first in customer handling. Bunch of useless people in every RTO.

best time slot is in morning staff is not rude if you just wait and cooperate.

The officials were helpful and the test was also easy. And please take red tape with you for pasting L on the car. Otherwise people outside will charge you 20-300 for pasting 1 ‘L’
On bike and car both. Don’t engage with the touts outside

I had my Bike test and Car test both at 9:30 AM but my car test happened at 10:30 AM and my bike test at 11:00 AM. This is their management 😡😡😡🤯🤯🤯. Respected authority please look into this.

there is no stationery shop nearby, get chasis no from mechanic outside RTO office gate. Please get file cover with you, there is no stationery shop within 2 kms.
