Very poor service provided... Employees are not loyal as they are getting money from govt. And service providing to the broker...
No shelter for taking Rest...

Electricity problem...
Generator is available but they do use it. ..so that get chance to take extra rest...

I argue govt...to make DT office private ...
Then only employees will work truly..
Like passport office...

The official doesn't follow the rules and regulations......
I gave my DL test around a month ago yet I don't get the results.....
Govt should take care of it or made it private...... Also the official doesn't response properly.....Also they conduct the DL test only twice in a week(that is on Wednesday and Friday) .......

Very poor condition. Rude behaviour to people. Officers comes to office around 11:30am and never help anyone with the problems. This place is cause of concern. Assam Government should look into this immediately.

Since last two days we are going for obtaining a Fitness Certificate for our vehicles, but the MVI is not turning up in plea of Link Failure, sometimes he even said that he is having fever, inclement weather . How can we afford to get struck whole day for this certificate and get returned with another date in future. Simply Disgusting.

If you're going there for driving licence test then be sure you practice well with your two wheeler or LMV(Light Motor Vehicle) because area for the test is not appropriate and also their rules didn't obey the ones which were given on the Parivahan website, Peace.

Very bad experience, i entered this office today for the first time and i asked one of the lady employee that can i ask for a information and her answer was nothing means she didn't even looked at me just answered "kichu information na, jani na kichu information"this rude behaviour was her pov and after that she gone inside her room without looking back for once.
Really bad experience in my city Silchar DTO.

Behaviour of the employees is rude, especially the gate mans infront of room 5.
Also, the employees do not clear people's problems easily, they make people suffer, waste time, money,.
I am totally upset and in anger.
