Ghora Ras Ghona

A halt station on the Barasat-Hasnabad line. Not so many but still a handful of commuters use this little station.

Clean and clear station premises. Very good to watch surroundings.previously the station known as Ghorarash Ghona Halt.From The station u can reach either taki road or Ghona by taking a auto or toto.Many primary and high schools are located nearby.From Gopalpur more it will take only 8 to 10 minutes by auto or toto.Uninal system is very bad only a single unmaintained gents urinal present in 2 no platform behind ticket counter.No hotels or restuarant present in here.

It's a small station. But the outside environment is very beautiful. There is a railway bridge here.

Ghora Ras Ghona railway station is part of the Kolkata Suburban Railway system and operated by Eastern Railway. It is located on the Barasat–Hasnabad line in North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal.[2]
