Nice station and also important trains are available at this station rather than Berhampore station.
But passenger amenities are very poor.
There is no slope or lift or escalators.

Nice station. Innovation work is being done. Toilet is in good condition. Neat and clean.

Office personnels are not that much helpful. They don't care about cleaning the rest rooms and station.
