It is great to know that there is a train station. The Cauvery river, when there is water is very pretty. The temple is very picturesque.

Really nice place to look out for. Surroundings are very clean. Fresh air to breathe. Lots and lots of coconut trees to see. Nearby there is cauvery river bridge.

Really loved this place. Very nice environment. Lovely scenarios. Lots of coconut trees visible while standing. All superfast and express train comming from Salem and going to karur pass from here.

ITS A GOOD PLACE FOR MORNING WALKING..MANY PEOPLE'S WERE COME FIR WALKING IN MOHANUR RAILWAY STATION..WILL BE BLESSED TO BRAETH THAT FRESH AIR IN THE MORNING, BUT THERE IS A SUGAR FACTORY NEAR TO RAILWAY STATION, IT WILL PRODUCE VERY VERY BAD SMELL SUDDENLY IT WILL IRRITATE YOU.. HERE LESS TRAINS ARE ONLY OPERATED IN THIS ROUTE.. NEED TO OPERATE TRAIN BETWEEN MOHNUR TO KARUR,NAMAKKAL AMD SALEM REGULARLY..

This railway station is busier after namakkal railway station . This is most suitable for walking in morning and evening. Palakkad - MGR chennai central is most important train arrive here
