A very good railway station. Very big and large area for platform. Tea coffee and water bottles are also available here 24 hours. Snacks and refreshments are available hear. Lift is also available here. Proper parking space is also available here. Railway station is located out side of city.

Good station between Mumbai and Sholapur. Chicken 🍗 rice and chapathi are good to eat. In the cleanliness one can give 3/5 rating

I was travelling in 16230 Varanasi Mysore Express. The train reached 20 min early than the schedule, it was 0005 mid night. There was a shop on platform 2. Went to purchase water bottle of 1lt.
He asked Rs 20. The display and the MRP was of Rs 15. The person in the shop started scaring.... this is Daund station if you want the water pay Rs 20.... across the country in the IR, the price of 1lt RO water, it's Rs 15..,.
By listening our loud words a RPF office came and asked to gave at the displayed price.
Worst attitude.....not to support such illegal business.

Please do not go alone to this station at night. My father got robbed in this station. 4 robbers have taken everything from my father including mobile, money, licence and IDs and beaten him up. Please be safe.

Daund junction is main junction for Ahmednagar district It have 7 platforms which mainly connects Manmad and Nagar-Pune lines for transport. Easy to reach on walking distance from bus stop point. Don't get confuse between Daund cord line and daund junction.

Better to change staff in administrative building No-one knows which platform the train will arrive till it enters yard Passenger should run to catch train Officer's are playing games with passenger

No contact phone number of the station master first contact coordination. 25th December 2022 Chennai Exp 22159 late by 4 hours how can I get on call to the station master for the reason. Worst and railways too are worst. No punctuality. They should get these kind of problems rectified.
